A Xanderia Missile Base.
Xanderia Scott was one of the suspects for the murder of Charles’ uncle, Geoffrey. She was an intelligent woman who happened to be visiting the mansion at the time of the murder. She came with her sister, Xandria, who is a valley girl and new member of an evil organization called U.B.P.E. She is also the daughter of General Scott.
- The name 'Xanderia Scott' is conjectural. It's assumed she would take her father's last name, but her full name has never been stated in any source.
Xanderia made it clear in her journal that she didn’t think much of her sister. However, Xanderia was the true murderer- She also works for the U.B.P.E., although she conceals this fact, unlike her sister. Charles the Detective discovered her true nature and had her arrested. Xanderia also owns a chain of missile bases, which defend her companies. The missile bases are prepared to annihilate the entire U.S. government, should they interfere with the operation of a Xanderia-based organization.
