History Bot is a circular, hovering robot sent back through time to observe the past for historical documentation. He likes to follow key figures around and watch them overcome their crises; However, he's forbidden to directly interfere in the past by laws of temporal noninterference.

Although History Bot isn't allowed to interfere with his past, he can openly move around and record events. He will help out the heroes of the past a bit by using his futuristic devices to scan elements of the present and give definitions; he can identify creatures, things, and people.

History Bot was created in the far future; Therefore, we must wait unknown hundreds-- or thousands-- of years before his full history comes to light.

However, his first known appearance in our era was when he dropped in on Agent Mugstra during her quest in Barnes and Noble. He followed her through the entirety of her quest.
