The Big Physics Maven is a prominant member of the Scientists of Earth, he's paralyzed and stuck in a wheelchair. Although he’s very brilliant, he often strongly disagrees with his fellow scientists.
It is presumed that whenever there is a crisis involving a ridiculous, impossible threat to the planet, the Big Physics Maven will assist his group of scientists in thinking of equally ridiculous countermeasures.
