The World's Reaction is the second full entry in the Alien Invasion Series, and the third entry overall. It is also the first game in the series to feature a Human protagonist, following the same war from the opposite perspective.

Story and Situation[]

The Alien Advance Scout has successfully wreaked havoc with human society. No one knows who has caused all the random devastation, and the news says it's probably the work of terrorists—either Bin Laden or the Rich Kid. However, a simple bar owner in New York suspects that that's not the case. Confirming his theory, a mysterious figure known as Zoovac contacts him, and enlists his help in fighting the alien invasion.

The Character[]

John D. Whitmore is an innocent bartender in a world being invaded by aliens. He's hired by Zoovac to help stop the alien invasion. With his hat and trench coat, he'll do whatever he can.

Allies[]

Zoovac hires John Whitmore in this adventure. Zoovac is a mysterious robotic clown on a stick who will do whatever he can to protect the world from aliens. He has access to all sorts of information, as well as surveillance systems all over the world. He will direct John and give him all the info he can.

Villains[]

The Alien Fleet looms in the sky; their unseen threat is ever-present.

The Game[]

This game was also simple and short, and more hastily constructed than the previous Alien Invasion games. More of an interlude than a full-fledged adventure, The World's Reaction was short and heavily story-oriented, switching to the human perspective.

Ending[]

John hijacks the Xanderia Missile Base, and fires all of its missiles into orbit at the alien fleet. This destroys one of the main ships, but also hastens the Aliens' invasion plan. The outcome of this story has yet to be revealed.
